Smoothie bowl for the win.
Inspired by our smoothie bowls from cafepanachocolat , I tried to recreate it a home.
SAVE THIS RECIPE FOR YOUR NEXT SMOOTHIE!
Recipe:
For the smoothie, blend the following:
1/2 banana, frozen
1/2 cup pineapple, frozen
1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp peanut butter, organic and natural
2 tbsp collagen powder (this was my addition since I add collagen wherever I can; I like greatlakesgelatins )
Add to a bowl then top with homemade granola, dehydrated coconut, almond slivers and chia seeds or whatever your heart desires.
My bowl turned out pretty good but still prefer the Panamanian version with housemade dehydrated coconut flakes *chefskiss*

💚MINTY MATCHA GREEN COCONUT SMOOTHIE 💚 Recipe details are just ahead 👉🏻
1 & 1/2 frozen bananas 🍌
1/2 avocado 🥑 (Avocado adds a layer of creaminess to smoothies that is hard to beat & blends so well, you won’t even know it’s there)
1 cup baby spinach 🍃
2 pitted dates
Handful of fresh mint (to taste, if you like a lot of that fresh mint flavor, add more or sub a drop or 2 of peppermint oil)
2 tsp organic ceremonial matcha 🍵
1 scoop protein powder
2 Tbsp coconut yogurt 🥥
1/2 cup coconut milk
Handful ice 🧊
Blend all ingredients until desired smoothie consistency. I love to keep my smoothie thick. I don’t add too much liquid which thins it out for drinking rather than eating with a spoon. 1/2 avocado 🥑
4 pitted dates (I used dvashorganics Khalas dates)
1/4 cashews (sunfood )
1 Tbsp chia seeds (bobsredmill )
1 cup frozen cucumber 🥒 (plus just a little extra because I wanted to finish the bag!)
1 Tbsp tahini (I used socotahini )
2 Tbsp cacao powder (sunfood )
1 overflowing scoop chocolate protein powder (I love sproutliving Epic Protein chocolate maca 🤎)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla bean paste (taylorandcolledgeusa )
2 tsp Chai Masala (I used anjaliscup )
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (malkorganics ) 🥛
1/4 cup water 💦
This May sound like lots of ingredients but it’s not. You put everything in the blender so it’s really simple. I had to work hard not to eat right out of my blender as this smoothie has insanely wonderful flavor & the texture is like creamy ice cream. But this is NICECREAM! 🥳Topped with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bareorganicssuperfoods cacao nibs, beccaspetites Chocolate Noir snack mix, emmysorganics cacao coconut cookie.
